Reimbursement will be made in full for blue badge holders, and for those who paid to park in central Northampton car parks on bank holidays. In other cases, reimbursement will be made to reduce the charge paid to the level which should have been charged.

Please use this form to submit a refund request for parking payments made by cash between 1st and 24th April.

  • Blue Badge holders — Can submit a request for a refund on any car park where they paid to park between 1st and 24th April.
